Our engagements are succinctly defined in Project Scope Plans that have clearly delineated scope parameters, deliverables, and timelines. Our fee structure can also be creative and flexible but is predominantly either a fixed fee for a project, a success fee based upon the achievement of specific project objectives, or a combination of both.
